Charges and Convictions
A filed charge is not the same as a conviction. A Holt County criminal court record can show charges that were amended, reduced, dismissed, or resolved without a finding of guilt. Bonds and Warrants

The Missouri arrest-record expungement statute is narrower than the full criminal-record expungement process.
